Yet another cattle loading video.

Pig The domesticated pig is generally farmed for meat such as pork, hotdog, sausages, and bacon to name a few. Pigs are rarely used for fiber since most of their species have little hair covering on their skin. An exception is the Mangalitsa pig, which is known for its woolly-coated skin. Sheep The sheep is one of the oldest animals being domesticated for agricultural reasons. Pure breed Andalusian horses are among those horses that are identified to have pure breeds. According to studies, this horse breed originates from the Iberian peninsula of Spain, which is perfect for raising livestock because of its ideal environment, natural resources, and responsible citizenry. As a pure breed, it is estimated that about 80% of all Andalusian horses are grey in color. In addition, carcasses should be covered with agricultural lime. Composting Composting is like incineration. It should be done with extra care to avoid serious trouble during composting. For some governments, composting may require permission from the state s environmental agency. In composting dead livestock, a certain mixture of materials is done. Livestock is not only necessary for people to have a lot of income but it is also for people who want a lone-time good health investment. Many have their own animal farms not for selling but more on saving purposes. Instead of buying and purchasing to big-time manufacturers, they take care of food animal themselves. To be able to obtain the Certified Humane label on livestock products, processors and producers are required to: 1) provide appropriate nutrition to animals as well as access to fresh, clean water all the time; 2) refrain from using livestock feeds that contain artificial hormones and antibiotics that abnormally speed growth; 3) take proper disease prevention actions; 4) provide spacious shelter to animals; and 5) comply with American Meat Institute Standards especially for slaughtering. Texas Longhorns are ideal to raise even in dry climate because they can endure that condition. Another famous beef cattle breed is the Murray Grey from Eastern Australia. A crossbreed of the Angus bull and a Shorthorn cow, the Murray Grey is widely exported to other countries for breeding. The Murray Grey is great for farmers who are looking for beef cows that are easy to take care of.
