Women’s Self Defense with John Correia - Part 2

These courses are designed to bring in women from all spheres of society and in any age bracket. One should never concern themselves about their physical ability or handicaps as a good women's self defense class will address all needs for the fairer persuasion. Regardless of a woman's ability, there are means for an individual to protect themselves against all forms of formidable attack. If you think you are being followed, tell the bus driver or get into an occupied building as fast as you can. When you do get off the bus, get off in well lighted areas that are in the publics view. Even if you have to walk an extra block or two, Stay on well lit side walks and choose the side of the street that has more lights on at houses. Another artificial noise maker is the compressed air noise maker. This is the obnoxious noise maker that you hear at foot ball games. It sounds like a loud truck horn. This could easily fit into your purse or hand bag. One blast from this usually sends everyone running, friend or foe. You can purchase this at any novelty shop. If they are stolen or run away, you can locate them on your computer. They even have global positioning signal locators that can find your child by satellite. If your child is in a stroller have one of these locators placed on the stroller or on a wrist band like a watch. Another good idea supported by women's self defense experts is to travel with another mother when you are out and about. Not only does it sting the eyes of the attacker, but it also causes fluid discharge in the eyes, nose, and mouth in excess. The attacker cannot see because the pepper stings the eyes and makes them burn and water. While the attacker is wiping his eyes you have a chance to run to safety. The pepper spray also causes a massive amount of salvia and nasal discharge to come out of the nose and mouth. Families have been attacked at the grocery store parking lot, at the mall, and even at home. As a mother you owe it to your children to be able to protect and yourself. The attack upon your person, whether if sexual or physical, can leave scars on both your body and your mind. The trauma of an attack can live you emotionally scared for years.
