If you are having difficulty using your inner voice to place subliminal messages in your mind, then one thing that you can do is record your voice saying these positive messages. That way during a self hypnosis session all you have to do is work on getting into a relaxed state of mind and the tape recording will do the work placing the positive messages in your mind. Tell yourself, "I will choose healthy foods", "I love the taste of healthy foods", "Healthy foods will give me what I want". Now visualize yourself standing in front of this table eating the healthy foods that are on it. Imagine yourself becoming slimmer with each healthy bite you take. I want larger breasts", because your mind will pick up on the negative of "too small" and miss the positive of wanting larger breasts. Another thing to avoid is something along the lines of "I don t like my small breasts". Your mind will pick up on the negative and cause you to start seeing yourself in a negative light during your alert state of mind. There for responsibility is a must and will probably be one of the hard ones to achieve. Awareness is another key that must be achieved to master self hypnosis. First you must get a very clear idea of who you are how you became that person. With out knowing this you can not change anything about yourself. Most the time our weight problems is not in the fact that we don t try to take care of ourselves but in the fact of how our subconscious mind sends messages to our bodies. This reprogramming will allow you to lose the weight. Once the weight is gone you will see a more sexier housewife and so will your husband. With out self confidence we tend to have trouble engaging knew people in conversations and thus making friends. At work we suffer because we lack the confidence to speak up and be noticed. Without speaking up and being noticed we are then suffered to being passed over for promotions and acknowledgement of our talents.
